Our Company History

Integrity Real Estate Services is a locally owned, independent real estate brokerage established in 2002 by broker/owners Betsy Guild and Jacek Przepiora.  A husband-and-wife real estate team prior to starting Integrity, Betsy and Jacek wanted to eliminate the rigidity of the corporate structure by providing flexibility through on-site management.
 
Betsy and Jacek have worked to create an environment which supports their agents in providing to each customer and client the personal, professional attention they deserve.  Integrity is a brokerage where Management’s efforts are focused on ensuring each agent finds support in successfully meeting his/her business goals while aligning their business practices with Integrity's Core Values.

COMMISSION COMPENSATION PLANS

INTEGRITY'S Commission Compensation Plans are designed with flexibility to meet the needs of Real Estate Professionals   working in an ever-changing industry.           

TRADITIONAL COMMISSION PLAN: This Plan is best suited for new or nearly new agents or a sales person with low risk    tolerance.

100% COMMISSION PLAN: Our agents who are on the 100% Commission Plan made their choice in order to retain the most control of their business decisions. Such independence and tolerance for higher level of risk is rewarded with the highest pay.

STEADY COMMISSION PLAN: This "Hybrid" arragement offers the best of both worlds. It combines elements of the Traditional Plan and the 100% Commission Plan. The level of risk and independence detemines the level of pay.

All three Plans can be tailored based on each individual agents' independence, capability and needs. Our Company's boutique design, low overhead and technological advances allow us to be flexible and accomodating.
