INTEGRITY REAL ESTATE SERVICES is offering to Sellers and Buyers a Travel Incentive – a free 7-night stay at one of hundreds of hotels or resorts worldwide!

One of the owners of INTEGRITY REAL ESTATE has been a travel agent for 15 years, and both owners love to travel.
 
When an opportunity presented itself to provide travel options to Buyers and Sellers of real estate, the Owners decided to say
“YES” and the result is our TRAVEL INCENTIVE.
 
Here are a few of the Major Components of the INCENTIVE.
 
·       What happens first?
o      When a Seller signs a Listing Contract with Integrity Real Estate Services, that starts the process. When that listing receives an offer which results in a Closing, that Seller will receive a Travel Certificate good for a 7-night stay in Wisconsin, the Midwest, the United States or a location around the World!
 
·       What if I am buying a property?
o      When a Buyer writes an Offer to Purchase with an INTEGRITY Agent to purchase any property, when that Offer is accepted and results in a Closing, the Buyer will receive a Travel Certificate good for a 7-night stay in Wisconsin, the Midwest, the United States or a location around the World!
 
·       Don’t like to Travel?
o      The good news is you can give your Travel Certificate to a family member, friend, neighbor, client, customer – it is completely transferable.
 
·       Not planning on Selling or Buying?
o      Please pass this information along to anyone you know who is thinking of making a move. Perhaps they’ll ask you to accompany them on their trip!!!

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
 
1. What is this Travel Incentive all about?
 
          Work with an Integrity Agent to list your home or write an Offer to Purchase on any property. When you close on that transaction, you will receive a Travel Certificate good for a 7-night stay at one of many hotels/resorts. One Travel Certificate per client/customer.
 
2. What do I get for FREE and what are my costs?
 
          Your 7-night lodging will be prepaid by INTEGRITY REAL ESTATE LLC including occupancy tax. 
 
          All other costs are your responsibility. For example, transportation to/from the destination, local transfers (i.e. to/from airport), food, telephone calls, room service, activities and excursions, spa treatments and other incidentals, and/or damages.
 
3.      When do I get my Travel Certificate?
 
          Upon successful closing of your real estate transaction, a Travel Certificate will be presented to you.
 
4. What if I cannot use my Travel Certificate?
 
          The Travel Certificate is transferable to a third party designated by the Bearer. The Bearer must endorse the Travel Certificate over to its user.
 
5. How long is the Travel Certificate valid?
 
          The Travel Certificate is valid for 12 months following the date of Closing. Actual reservation dates may not exceed the expiration date on the Travel Certificate.
 
6. Where can I go?
 
          There are many destinations available throughout the United States and the World. Examples of domestic areas are: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin and more.
 
          You can travel internationally as well. Here are more examples:
Africa and the Middle East, Asia, Australia, Europe, Mexico, Caribbean Islands and more.
 
 
7. What type and quality of Hotels/Resorts are available?
 
          There are many participating hotels/resorts to choose from. Ratings vary. A current list of properties, including descriptions and ratings, is available upon request.

8. When can I travel?
 
          You can travel any time EXCEPT the following weeks of a calendar year: 
·       2nd and 3rd weeks in February
·       The week immediately preceding and following Easter Sunday
·       The last two weeks in December
 
9. How many people can go?
 
          The accommodations are in a studio room with up to 4 persons maximum. Some hotel/resort policies may require fewer occupants. At least one occupant must be 21 years of age or older.
A second room can be booked at your cost based on availability.
 
10. How do I redeem my Travel Certificate?
 
          One of the Owners of Integrity Real Estate Services LLC is a professional Travel Agent. He will make your reservation.
 
11. How soon can I make my reservation?
 
          Reservations can be made as soon as you receive your Travel Certificate. Your Certificate will be presented to you upon successful Closing of your real estate transaction.
 
12. What happens if I have to change my reservation?
 
          Please notify our Travel Agent as soon as possible.
Any changes are subject to availability. A re-booking fee may apply.
 
13. What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?
 
          Our Travel Agent will discuss your options depending on your circumstances.
 
14. How long will this Incentive last?
 
          Indefinitely. However, INTEGRITY REAL ESTATE SERVICES LLC reserves the right to make changes or discontinue this Incentive.
